I can't use my student license

Although I have the serial number for the student license, I am unable to use it. The software continues to display an invalid license error, and when I attempt to activate it manually using the “almutil_gui” file, it does not allow me to activate it due to an “Unable to access license store” error.

Hello, I have checked the installation according to the instruction video, but I still cannot access the software. What should I do now?

Just to remind you, I have access to my license activation key.

When I try to log in through Altair One, I get an invalid license error, and when I try to activate the license manually through the “almutil_gui” file, I get an “Unable to access license store” error.

Do you have full read and write permissions in the license store location? You can try running as administrator and make sure you have admin permissions so license is created in the license store.
