C:\Program Files\Altair\2022.3\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup\HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat
を実行しますと設定ファイル群が消去され、クリーンな状態になります。HyperWorks製品すべてを終了した状態で上記batを実行頂き、HyperMeshを起動しなおして頂きますといかがでしょうか。
