Opens but crashes on all runs.
I just sent an email to my sales representative experiencing the same. I have not seen much traffic on this topic. It seems as if it is just you and me. I am rolling back to 2025.1 to find out if the analysis crashes on that version. So far, I am bringing in a STP with 3 child pieces and using simple weld connection running a modal analysis to verify if it is stable. So far, it does not matter what I run, after it achieves the first physics pass, the simsolid window disappears.
Same issue here. 3 different computers, multiple files, same results. Opens, gets to physics and shuts down. As a bonus, if you saved as 2026 you can no longer open it in 2025.1 meaning all prior runs and work done are lost. 2026 is unusable and an unacceptable update. Will likely be looking for alternatives going forward.
