Difficulty in adding contact mesh

Hi,

 

I am simulating composite material which consists of two parts (fiber and matrix). I imported the microstructure with periodic geometry from parasolid file. Then I added periodic mesh on each pair of opposite surface and created the 3D mesh. However, I found fiber and matrix do not share the same interface (nodes on the interface are not emerged). I want to have a perfectly adhered composite system.

 

Does anyone know how to achieve a fully contact interface between fiber and matrix?

 

Parasolid files for importing geometry and my mesh hypermesh file are in the documment.
