Unable to avtivate my Licence on laptop

Hello there, I have just shifted to another laptop and installed altair on it for some reason its showing this in ALMUtil:
"ERROR: SOAP 1.1 fault SOAP-ENV:Server [no subcode]
"Host not found"
Detail: get proxy host by name failed in tcp_connect()"
And I cant find any old license file or application of Altair I forgot to uninstall in previous laptop

The error means the DNS lookup failed on the proxy server you specified. This happens when the proxy address is incorrect, the server cannot be reached from your network, or there’s a DNS configuration issue. Since this relates to your network or computer, your university IT team will be best placed to help resolve it.
