Activation error

I watched the video about activation. I did everything but I could not activate. I need technical support. Can you please check the screen shot

The error you are seeing usually means that the software is having trouble connecting to our servers.

This can happen for a few different reasons -

One common cause is a slow or unstable internet connection. By default, the software tries to connect for 5 seconds before timing out. If your connection is slightly delayed, that may not be enough time. You can increase the timeout by setting an environment variable:
ALM_HHWU_TIMEOUT=<timeout in seconds>
e.g. ALM_HHWU_TIMEOUT=15

Another possible reason is that a firewall or antivirus program on your computer is blocking the connection. If that is the case, increasing the timeout will not resolve the issue. You will need to add an exception in your firewall or antivirus settings to allow the software to connect.

It is also possible that your internet access goes through a proxy. If so, the proxy settings must be correctly configured on your computer, and the proxy must allow the software to reach our servers.
