I am logged in as the admin user in Panopticon.
Even though the admin account has been assigned Administrator and Viewer roles, the interface still shows the account as Viewer only. Because of this, I am unable to see the "New Workbook" option, and several other design-related options are disabled.
Under Logged-In Users, I can see:
Username: pano-admin
Roles: Viewer, Administrator
Designing: No (even though Administrator role is assigned)
It seems that the system is not recognizing the "Administrator" role for design permissions. I need help understanding why the admin user cannot create new workbooks and why the admin account is still treated as a viewer.
Please advise what configuration changes are required to enable full design access.
