I am using ANSA for casting components , from ANSA team they gave script file for fine and coarse mesh . Likewise do we have script file other than default durability file for fine and coarse mesh ?

You can mesh to whatever size you desire.
Max Mesh size is 5 and it is recognizing features and created layers based on the fillet size , slot size, hole size . Wherever required it is creating R Tria for features and Tria with surface deviation for flat surfaces. But in HM we have only tria option in batch mesh parameter.
