Unable to Activate/Connect Altair Knowledge Studio

I was able to activate Altair Monarch Complete w/ my student license, however, I haven't been able to connect/activate Altair Knowledge Studio with my student license or after connecting successfully to managed licensing.

Message received after inputting student license key in 'activation' window (which is likely because I am already successfully connected to Altair Monarch w/ my student license):

Hi @JulioNAU

The message license already exists in license store means the activation is already successful

You could go to the location of the license in the license store, this is the path in the activation tab under the license store field, delete the .lic file there and then reactivate

Please share screenshots of the error if the issue persists.

Note that you should only complete step 4 for the first Altair software product that you download and install from the Student Edition bundle.

Thanks so much for the reply, Ankita.

At this point, I believe my student license is successfully being recognized (see first snip). However, I'm getting a error code "-40" when trying to opend the software (see second snip). In case it helps, I will mention that I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled.

Background information: initially, I had Monarch Data Prep Studio working but when I downloaded another application (I have since uninstalled it), I wasn't ever able to activate it and then both applications stopped working.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
