Hello everyone,
I’m facing an issue with my student license activation. My old device, which had the software activated under a student license, was lost. I recently purchased a new system and tried to use the same activation key. However:
“This key was used to activate a different host. Please deactivate it on that device to use it for activation here.”
Since I no longer have access to the old device, I cannot deactivate the license there.
Could someone guide me on how to transfer or reset the license so I can activate it on my new system? Is there a way to request deactivation from the backend or through support since the original device is unavailable?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
