Description: I am currently working on a simulation of a fluidized bed with paddle stirring. I am encountering an issue where the calculation only works when the medium is air and the inlet velocity is less than or equal to 17 m/s. If these conditions are not met—for example, if a fluid with higher density is used or the velocity is increased—particle explosion occurs. When particle explosion happens, the Acusolve residual plot shows a noticeable spike, but no calculation error is reported. So far, I have tried reducing the time step, refining the mesh, increasing the number of iteration steps, and adjusting the convergence thresholds, but none of these measures have resolved the issue.
