HyperMesh crashes on startup

So I acquired a student license because I need hypermesh for one of my classes. I followed the steps to install everything and activate the license, but when I try to start hypermesh, the splash screen shows, then it disappears and nothing happens. For a few seconds I can still see it in the taskbar but it disappears from there too. This also happens with other altair products, but interestingly a couple software seem to work.

Hi There,

I experienced similar behavior while installing some of the solvers. I realized that the issue can be solved if you just install the solver as an administrator of the PC account.
