Dear Altair Community,
I am encountering an integration issue while attempting to import a JMAG-RT file into PSIM 2025 and would appreciate guidance from the community.
I have generated an RTT file using JMAG Designer version 18.1 and am attempting to import this file into PSIM 2025 using the RT BLOCK component. However, upon execution, the simulation fails with the following error message:
"Function pointer is missing .rttcalSetLicense"
I have verified that the RTT file was properly exported from JMAG Designer, and I am using the standard RT BLOCK import procedure as outlined in the PSIM documentation. Despite these steps, the error persists. Moreover , the online JMAG express button is also not appearing in the settings interface of the RT Block .Images of both , the error message and the settings interface of RT block without the JMAG Express online has been attached below .
I would be grateful if anyone who has successfully integrated JMAG-RT files with PSIM 2025 could provide insight into resolving this issue. Specifically, I am interested in understanding whether this error indicates a licensing configuration problem, a compatibility issue between JMAG version 18.1 and PSIM 2025, or if there are additional setup requirements that may have been overlooked.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards
