I recently downloaded Hyper Mesh and Opti Struct (2025 .1) and when trying to create a material, I stumbled upon an issue. As I have seen from videos, Altair learning programs and from some fellow students, whenever I want to create a material, I should be able to see a tab that consists of some perimeters that I have to insert in order to make that material (such as Young's Modulus, yield strength etc). However, the only things that are shown in the tab are: Name, ID and Colour. Also, bellow all of these, the word "Metadata" is written in blackened letters. Furthermore, whenever I click on the "Card Edit" button nothing happens. How can I fix this in order to create a material?
