Hi,

Do you have an error message shown when opening the software? Typically this is licensing based requiring the user to set the ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH environment variable https://help.altair.com/hwsolvers/altair_help/topics/getting_started/controlling_valid_envir_variables_r.htm

Also i notice the topic says 'EDEM BulkSim' just to note BulkSim is a legacy product that is no longer supported, just to confirm I'd recommend EDEM:
