Hello Altair Support,

I have received confirmation that a managed-AU license (License ID 961886, AU Enterprise Suite v2026, valid 2025-10-30 to 2025-11-13) is available for me, but my Altair One account is not showing any managed licenses and Altair software cannot retrieve a feature.

Please link my Altair One account to the license pool 961886.
