How can I manually configure a license?

Following the steps provided in installation guides, I have been trying to activate my AI Studio Student Edition without success. I tried to manually enter the license key, but do not get the option to install and use the software. I have a license that was emailed to me, but it isn't allowing me to finish installation and start the software.
