Good morning,
I am a student and I have successfully activated the Altair Student Edition license through Altair One, valid until 2026.
I downloaded the “HyperWorks Products Installer 2025.1” package and during installation I noticed that many modules are “Unavailable,” including Altair Compute Console (ACC), OptiStruct, and other tools that should be included in the student license.
I have already verified:
-That the license is active and visible on Altair One
-That the activation key is correct
-That the software is running as an administrator
Despite this, I am unable to install or access the modules needed to run .fem files in HyperMesh.
Could you help me understand if there is a problem with license recognition or if I need to follow another procedure to enable the modules?
