Hello Altair Support Team,
I am a student using the Altair Student Edition. My previous computer’s system was formatted and reinstalled, so I no longer have access to the previous activation environment.
Because of this, I cannot deactivate the existing license from the old system, and now I’m unable to activate the same license key on my new computer.
I tried to logged into my Altair Once account and removed all "Authorized Machines" from my profile, but the error persists。
Could you please help me manually deactivate or reset my license key so that I can activate it again on the new machine?
