This is a proof of concept, more work needs to be done to make this 'production'.
This has many applications?
The objective was to create a silent altair personal slc process that can create sas datasets
from other languages like SPSS. PSPP, MATLAB, OCTAVE, EXCEL ....
This makes all of altair personal analytics available to the larger programming community.
