I have a problem with the (Err: 15) Unable to connect to license serve

Hi,

I'm on a Team that gets the Altair License recently and I'm the only one that is having this error just when I try to open HyperMesh

Can somebody help me?

This error indicates that HyperMesh is unable to connect to the Altair license server on your local machine at port 6200 (localhost: 6200), which results in system error code 15. Try this to solve it:

Check the License Path and Environment Variable

• Make sure the environment variable named ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH & Value is 6200@your_server_IP_address in both user and system variables
