HyperMesh Export Help

Hi,

I am facing issue with exporting the mesh to Abaqus (.inp). I have changed solver interface to Abaqus (Standard 3D). When I go to file → export → solver deck, the save as type options does not show the .inp file format. Please look at the images attached for reference.

I am assuming you are using a Student Edition. We do not allow export except the shown solvers.

Hi @Nithin_V,

I attempted the same process but unfortunately had no issues.

I first attempted this in 2025.1 (above), but reattempted in 2025.0 with the same outcome.

Are you following a similar process?

Hi Adam,

Yes, I have followed the same steps as you did. Do you think was it due to installation error? I had no issue meaning was getting all file extension formats to save, until recently when I had renewed my license.
