I am doing simulation for inverter drive. There are two inverters connected with a same DC voltage source. My measurement point is the DC voltage source.
My controller has a fundamental frequency and a switching frequency. The simulation contains some motor loads emulated as fixed current source. I am trying to see how different currents to the motor emulated load impacts my DC source.
At the DC voltage source measurement point, I see some low frequency ripple included with high switching frequency content. I am not sure where the low frequency ripple content is coming from. Is there any preferred simulation settings available for PSIM?
For example solver type or time step?
I understand it is difficult to comment without looking at the simulation. Your comments will be appreciated.
