How can i find duplicate elements in HyperMesh ?
Maybe it is not the greatest solution but, try to launch the solver. If there is an element duplicated, it will tell you the ID of the element: search it by ID and delete it. Before deleting it, check the elements of that part, because this is usually made by the duplication of a geometry, so that geometry probably has all the elements duplicated.

Very simple method: do equivalent of nodes and then "Check" element ⇒ Detect duplicated elements ⇒ Delete if necessary
