FlightStream License checkout failed

I'm getting a license error every time I open FlightStream. Please find the attached image.

I have tried reinstalling FlightStream, and it did not help. Altair says my license key is still active.

Can you please help me fix this error?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting Altair FlightStream. Are you a student or part of an organization that has access to Altair Units including FlightStream? Are you running FlightStream on a Virtual Machine?

To access FlightStream, please follow these steps:

Use your student/organization email to create an account on Altair.com.
Once your account is active, download FlightStream from the Altair Marketplace.
Please follow the Installation Guide in the installation folder to install necessary dependencies.
Go to Altair Student License Activation and follow steps for license activation.

Please follow these steps and let me know if you still get an error.

Hello,

I have followed all those steps and have had FlightStream working for the past few months. I have started to get this error since last week. My Altair license is active until mid-2026.

It is a student license. I believe it's standalone.
