Created the Student account but have no license key

Respected Support Team!

Please help to access my Student Activation Key.

1. I created my Altair One account and downloaded the Altair AI Studio, which I would like to use.
2. I contacted the email support team, who says my Altair One account is active.
3. I watched the Instructions to Access the Free Altair Student Edition - now in Altair One video! and I realized I have no activation key.
4. I read the community blogs but I found no article which says what to do when I am logged in Altair One account with my university email and have no Activation Key in the Managed Licenses section after 2 weeks from the registration date. (I received the verification email that the video mentions.)

My question is why can't I see my activation key is the system after Altair recognized my university and how can I get one now? Thank you for your help.

License key has not been generated for your account yet. Follow steps 2, 3, and 4 in the provided guide for instructions on obtaining your Altair Student Edition license key, installation, and activation of your software using that key -

You should be able to see your license key by logging into Altair One, going to the Marketplace, checking the Student Edition License bundle, clicking on the Student Edition License card, and then checking the Licensing tab.
