Student Bundle Error - no download button

Hello, I have an issue with the student edition bundle. In the marketplace, I cannot see the button "download" in any of the softwares of the student bundle.

My account has been activated, I have a license code (that also shows in the marketplace) and I have already tried logging out and changing my browser.

I cannot download any of the softwares. Can you help me?

Your account is already verified for student edition use. Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software. Detailed installation and student license activation instructions are available here:
