I have a problem with my student license of FEKO. Here is my error :
"An error occurred while checking out a license.
Altair License Manager: License error
Feature(s): GlobalZoneEU, HyperWorks, HWFEKOGUI
Error Code: 9
Error Description:
Feature not found

. I can see the soft properly look for my license file but can't read it. I have feko 2025.1.1 installed.
. I've matched the ethernet version of my computer and of the license.
--> I can see the feature the error file is complaining about not finding the "FEKOGUI" feature. It is indeed absent from license file, so it may be the reason of the bug ?
. I have installed feko ticking the "Student Bundle" case on the installation page, but the install file name does not feature the "_edu" part so it may be the origin of the problem as well ?
--> Also, when checking on website the details of the license, it shows version "2022.0" so this may be a reason as well ?
. I've been asking the license through Altair website -> Marketplace -> Student Edition License.
Could you help me fix the problem concerning my license, or issue a new license for me to import in FEKO so I could use the soft ?
I can provide my license number in private as well if you need it.
