While using EDEM 2025, I created spherocylinder particles. When adding physical models, according to the help documentation, the spinning friction model is not applicable in the friction model section. Therefore, I selected the standard rolling friction model. However, I noticed that within the standard rolling friction model, the spinning friction model can be selected and actually used. What is the difference between these two spinning friction models?Why can one be used while the other cannot?
