Hi,
When I make a slice plane of particles in EDEM, I want to visualize a cut-through of the particle if it lies between the clipping plane. It will be nice to color the outer shell of the particle and the core of the particle differently, so that viewers know what's happening at the particular cross section.
ex) the outer shell in yellow and the core in gray
Currently, I see the entire particle if the particle lies across the clipping plane, which makes difficult to know if it's a cross section or now.
So far, I've done three things
- Analyst tree > Clipping > Create Clipping plane
- Analyst tree > Setup Selections > Geometry Bin
- Continuum Analysis > Generate data.
But, none of these worked as I hoped.
I will really appreciate any help regarding this.
Warm regards,
Tony Cho
