Please help with an educational license of Altair AI Studio

I am an university instructor.

Last shool year, I successfully employed Educational license of Altair RapidMIner Studio.

Now entering new school year, my education license ahs expired and RapidMiner Studio rebranded as AI Studio.

I attempted a couple of times for registering a new Educational license for AI Studio but got failed (the systems has no responeded at all)

As the new semeter has begun, please help.

Please use and advise the free Altair One student edition (which includes AI Studio previously known as Rapidminer studio) to your students, as per -
