Description: I try to transform linear mesh into 2nd order mesh in hypermesh 2025.1. But I can not find any function in the panel to do that when I select the element.

You can find the tool to convert the order of elements under the 'Topology' ribbon/menu » go to 'Edit' Section » click on the drop down menu right beside 'Edit' » go to 'Change Element Order'. See the following image for more detail:
