FluxMotor Student Edition Freezes at Splash Screen (Flux Works Perfectly)

Hello Altair Community,

I'm hoping for some help with a launch issue for the Student Edition of FluxMotor 2025.1.

When I run FluxMotor, the splash screen appears and stays there. The process is running in the Task Manager with very low CPU/Memory usage, but the main application window never opens. I have to use the Task Manager to close it.

Altair Flux works perfectly. I can open it and use it without any issues, so I believe my student license is working correctly.
A friend with a similar laptop has the exact same problem.

I have already tried some solutions like running as an administrator, forced the program to use my high-performance NVIDIA GPU via the NVIDIA Control Panel, and doing a clean reinstall, but the problem remains the same.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions?

System Specs:

OS: Windows 11
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU

In order to better undertsand the problem could you share with us the logs file located in: C:\Users\UTILISATEUR\FluxMotor\FluxMotor2025.1\Logs

Hello,

Could you try to rename the folder FluxMotor2025.1 located in C:\Users\Eray\FluxMotor as FluxMotor2025.1_old and try to reopen FluxMotor?

This folder will be recreate by FluxMotor and it allows to reinitialized the settings of FluxMotor.

Please store a copy of FluxMotor2025.1 somewhere else in your machine. if you already create motors in fluxMotors, motor will be available in this folder.

Hello,

Thank you for your guidance. I renamed the folder FluxMotor2025.1 to FluxMotor2025.1_old and reopened FluxMotor, which recreated the folder. Since I hadn’t created any motors, I didn’t copy the original folder elsewhere. However, the issue persists. The splash screen appears, but the main application window does not open. A new log file was generated in C:\Users\Eray\FluxMotor\FluxMotor2025.1\Logs, which I’ve attached if you need. Please let me know if you need further details.
