Did I delete the setting with the HWcleanup .exe etc recently?

There should be no restriction on measurement distances.
Can you capture that behaviour in a video?

Hi Adam.
Here's a video of me selecting two points to measure between.
Only second points at a distance greater than approx 0.5mm are available for selection.
I notice recently too that using 'field', 'realize' has changed sensitivity too. Before only 'shape function' was required, but now I need to use 'shape function & proximity'. I only mention this as perhaps this is related to the measurement problem.
