Solver conversion to older version

I want to send my hypermesh file to my teacher so that he can check my work and give comment. However, my version is the latest version with Radioss solver 2025 while he has the 2019 version. Is there any way to convert my file to 2019 version or is there any way how he can check my file?

Hello, I try to change my solver to older version but the oldest is the 2021. In the export, I cannot choose the version for the solver deck. Can you tell me how to export with 2019 version? Thank you.

During export of the solver deck, choose the appropriate Radioss version. Note that some Features like material models available in Radioss 2025 may not be supported in Radioss 2019.

Are you or were using v2025.1 of HyperMesh?

In this version, possible Radioss versions for export is indeed limited to v2021.

This is due to the fact that HM v2025.1 is using /SET/GENERAL for sets definitions and not anymore Radioss legacy sets (/GRNOD, /GRSHEL, /SURF, etc). /SET/GENERAL have been introduced in Radioss v2021 and this is why you wont be able to export your Radioss model in versions prior to v2021.

I suggest you check which type of sets are used in your model.

NB. It is not recommended to edit and modify manually the input deck version in /BEGIN as the model can include features that are not available in the modified version and formats of several keywords may have changed.
