Tutorials for HyperForm and some help for exporting the result

Description: Hi, I have two questions I would like to ask you guys about HyperForm!

Saving the results: I am following the tutorials and have run some simulations, but the result files are saved in .rst, .out, and .rad. I cannot seem to be able to open these files to take a look at the result. Is there a way to fix this?
HyperForm Tutorials: I am currently in the process of learning how to use HyperForm. Do you guys have any suggestions on what kind of tutorials I can refer to for HyperForm, specifically hot stamping?

My commnets are as below.

1 - ** .rst is the restart file,*** .out give the model infortion and ***.rad is an inout file.

The results will be saved in either h3d format and in aniamtion format, please check

2- For hyper for we don't have the any specific document, but you can refer the help document using link below.
