Unable to checkout EDEMsolver License

Hello,

I am try to learn coupling EDEM with Motionview. But when I hit run, EDEM reports the following message:

Unable to checkout EDEMSolver license

But I have a EDEM license, and have installed license manager. My EDEM version is 2023.1; license manager version 15.5. Any idea what's wrong?

Hello,

I just noticed that my License usage is 84 out of 120 even with out any software opened. Any idea why? And could the problem above due to insufficient license unit?

Hello,

Could you please tell me why one device can checkout license 3 times? Can we delete two of them?

Also, there is this anonymous person also using my license.
