I am working with SimLab and have encountered several questions I would like help with. I would really appreciate any guidance, tips, or references to documentation for the following:
- How to replace solid or surface mesh in SimLab?
- Does SimLab have tools to create 3D welds when the weld line is not straight (for example zigzag lines or interconnections between welds)? Can I create the weld in CAD format?
- Can SimLab create a script to input three solids (part 1, part 2, and a bolt part) and automatically recognize them, mesh them, and place the bolt in the correct position?
- How to imprint one CAD part into another CAD so that the two CADs do not touch each other?
- How to exclude the gap between parts if the gap size is about 0.5 mm?
- How to convert a part into a rigid body in SimLab when setting up for Abaqus?
- How to set up force output for nodes, contacts, or elements in Abaqus from SimLab?
- When postprocessing, how to keep the result only on one part while showing the others in wireframe?
- During setup, how can I define pressure or force on specific elements?
