Hello,
I am trying to do a co-simulation with EDEM and Motionview. I have watched the elearning videos on the website. However, when I try to export geometry to EDEM, it reports the following error:
"16:23:44" "ERROR" "MotionView" "No valid EDEM installation found. [General]"
"16:23:44" "INFO" "MotionView" "Please make sure sure EDEM is installed in the current HW installation directory [General]"
"16:23:44" "ERROR" "MotionView" "Import of EDEM module failed, cannot locate 'EDEMCouplingClient4.dll' or the EDEM version is not compatible with the HW version [General]"
"16:23:44" "INFO" "MotionView" "To resolve the missing EDEM module problem, please: [General]"
"16:23:44" "INFO" "MotionView" " 1. Make sure EDEM/hwsolvers are installed in the current HW installation directory [General]"
"16:23:44" "INFO" "MotionView" " 2. Verify that no older EDEM paths have been left in the PATH directory. [General]"
"16:23:44" "INFO" "MotionView" " 3. If (1) + (2) fail, add EDEM path at the highest possible position in the PATH [General]"
"16:23:44" "ERROR" "MotionView" "Failed to export geometries to EDEM [General]"
I know this has been asked by
But my versions are both 2023.1 (installed separately, EDEM by itself, Motionview by package)and I didn't miss Desktop.
I would really appreciate the help figuring out the problem.
Thank,
Keyu
