In simlab, we have the complex model to cleanup the surface of the geometry but we have the issue. "remove failed", "delete failed" unable to work in surface areas in simlab. What will do?kindly reply.

Difficult to say why it is not working as we have no information on your model. In the learning center under CAD, Meshing & Modeling there's a playlist called CAD operations. Here you can find some tool for cleanup and how to use them:
