in altair 2022 it was possible to create hex element from quad using the elem offset option. Unfortunately, we are unable to find this option in 2024. Can you please help?

In in HyperMesh 2024, you can craete hexa using below steps show in below picture.
Go to Topology
Select the extrude
Then check the Mesh box,
Now you can drag the mesh along line or node
