Dear Altair Support Team,
I am currently unable to use AI Studio version 2025.1.0. Although I can still access my Altair One account and my valid RapidMiner license is visible there, my RapidMiner account appears to have been blocked. As a result, I am unable to log in to AI Studio.
For context:
- I am using a student account and the free license provided for educational purposes.
- My device is a MacBook Pro with an Apple M1 Pro chip.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can continue using RapidMiner for my academic work.
I have also attached screenshots for reference. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my end.
