I have been using EDEM 2025 until recently, and I am now trying to use the latest version, EDEM 2025.1.
First, I uninstalled the existing EDEM 2025 version. Then, I downloaded both EDEM 2025.1 and the HyperWorks Products Installer 2025.1 from the official site, as shown in the screenshot.
completing the installation, I attempted to launch the EDEM 2025.1 application, but I encountered the following error message.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

For reference, I have already downloaded and activated the license using Altair License Utility 2025.1.
Previously, I installed EDEM 2025 using the installer provided directly by an Altair sales representative during the license purchase process.
This is my first time downloading and installing the software officially via the Altair Marketplace.
