Good day, download of my student version of AI Studio, almost there, right?

Good day, Rahul,

It’s a fine time to once more get back into downloading my AI Studio, student version. I begin here:

Switching from RapidMiner License to Altair License in AI Studio to use Altair One Student License

Once in AI Studio, Go to settings > Preferences

My apologies to the Community, your link for files below is not working, you don't

have access, like Rahul, to my screen shots.

Once I try to open AI Studio, see my screen shot 1, Login to your RapidMiner account.

I delete this box, what is left is screen shot 2, “Start with” page for Welcome to Altair AI Studio, but grayed out.

I looked below in my Status bar, there are two AI Studios there, I open one, click on Settings, click on Preferences, see screen shot 3 AI Studio Preference.

I click on License, get screen shot 4 Preferred License.

Clicked down arrow, located Altair Units, clicked on Altair Units.

Altlair Units will not move to the Preferred License, screen shot 5.

No error messages, no automatic start for my AI Studio.

You need to perhaps reinstall the software, it is essential that the selection in preferred license is set to Altair Units and you click OK, you will then be asked to restart the application (not the computer).

Please try deleting the temporary files and folders before reinstalling like

• C:\Users\username\Documents\AltairRapidMiner
• C:\Users\username\.AltairRapidMiner
• And clear your temp folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp Etc.

Also, when installing, right click on the exe and run as administrator
