connector modelling with Penta Mig?

Hi, i am currently using Optistruct, and I am having some issue with the connector modeling. In this photo you can see that the gap between the two surface is not fully filled by the penta mig , it is not an error i think but there may be some problems when i will launch the model because the stress there may be overstimated.

Can you give me some advice please

I would recommend start changing the Realization Details (Width and Fit option), you can check more details in this page from the help: https://help.altair.com/hwdesktop/hwx/topics/pre_processing/connectors/realizations/penta_mig_c_2.htm

Hi , thank you very much for your reply, unfortunately i changed the width and the fit option by putting fitted, but it is still not fully filled.

I tried to do a seam weld of another part, and i have the same problem; in fact while for a vertical gap (second photo) the seam weld is fully filled, for a orizzontal part it is not(first photo).
