I am contacting you to report an issue that is preventing the activation of my Altair software license for students.
During the activation process, I consistently receive the error: "This license was already activated using different HostIDs." This problem is most likely due to a recent system restore, which has changed the HostID to which the license was previously linked.
Therefore, I kindly request that you reset my license's association from the previous HostID to allow me to proceed with the activation.
