Dear Altair Support Team,
I am a student user of Altair Inspire. I recently formatted my old computer and was unaware that I needed to deactivate my student license key before doing so. As a result, I am now unable to reactivate my license on my new computer.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and reactivating my Altair Inspire student license?
