Inspire personal 2024.1 license error

I have been facing issues with the optistruct license in altair inspire. Whenever I try to run a topology optimization I get an error saying that I do not have a valid license. I have already tried fully uninstalling the program but the error still persists, I have also tried the suggested solutions but none worked.
