Why am I not able to use Monarch COM automation?

I fully licensed to use Monarch COM automation. Why am I seeing this message and cannot use Monarch COM Auto?

    Based on the error message, it seems that there is not enough units to run the Monarch Com Auto job.

    Lets say your company has a total pool of 42 units. If two people opened Monarch Complete v2023+, that will consume 42 units (21 units for each session). Therefore, there are no units left to run Monarch Com Auto. The Com Auto consumes 23 units.

    This is not the correct answer… I have other colleagues (not my license) who are also having issues with Monarch COM auto… We need this fixed promptly as we have mission critical matters to resolve.
