Pressing "shift+h" didn't switch to the panel's instructions. When pressing it, the website
jumps to Design and Simulation Platform | Altair HyperWorks. How can I get the exact instructions for some panels?
I am not sure what tool or version (panels are gone in Hypermesh for all recent versions) but you should be able to use F1 to get to the context specific help page.
